I struggled with weight gain for many years and hated the way I looked. I tried yo-yo diets that I couldn't stick to and gained more than I lost.
I'm finally on a healthy diet plan that's sustainable. But it took a while to realize what foods were causing the problem with cravings and illness.
I'm much healthier because I took the time to figure it out. It's not a quick-fix for most of us, but it is possible if we're patient with ourselves.
